Our ethos is to make sure that everything we do we do well from serving the best coffee in town to having the best tableware. Nowhere is this more apparent than in our food. Our food is tasty and simple produced using the best locally sourced produce. We pride ourselves in the use of locally caught fish, Donegal dry aged beef and organic vegetables and salad from the Greenhill Farm in Malin. All our food is freshly prepared in our kitchens including all sauces, breads and ice creams.
