The Awards Night
Pictured below are local employees who took part in training courses through
Inishowen Tourism Accel Hospitality Skills Project. The awards night was held in
the Ballyliffin Lodge and Spa and the certificates were presented by Paolo
Tullio from the popular RTE TV Show, “The Restaurant”. The Training courses
included, WSET Foundation Certificate in Wines and Spirits, CIEH Food Hygiene
Level 2, Customer Service, Internet and Email, Bar Tenders Certificate and
Professional Cookery Skills.
